- Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the No Cost Donations Organization Donation Program (“Program”), the organization (“Organization”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Program Description
NoCostDonations.com provides a platform through which supporters may access third-party merchants and services through affiliate links. When eligible purchases are completed through these links, affiliate commissions may be earned by NoCostDonations.com. A portion of those commissions may be designated as donations to participating organizations.
Participation in the Program is free unless otherwise stated.
- Eligibility
To participate, an Organization must:
Be legally established and authorized to operate in its jurisdiction.
Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain a valid payment method and contact information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
NoCostDonations.com reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Organization at its sole discretion.
- No Guarantee of Donations
The Organization acknowledges that:

Affiliate commissions are determined and paid by third-party merchants and affiliate networks.
Not all purchases qualify for commissions.
Commission rates may change without notice.
There is no guarantee of any minimum donation amount.
- Donation Calculation and Distribution
Donations will be calculated based on affiliate commissions actually received by NoCostDonations.com.
Donations may be subject to:
Reversals, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Adjustments by affiliate merchants or networks.
Minimum payout thresholds established by NoCostDonations.com.
Payments will be distributed according to the payment schedule published on the website.
- Organization Responsibilities
The Organization agrees to:
Provide accurate and current information.
Promptly update any changes to contact or payment details.
Use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner.
Refrain from misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive promotional practices.
Avoid any activity intended to manipulate affiliate tracking or commission generation.
- Promotional Materials
The Organization may promote its participation in the Program provided that:
All statements about the Program are truthful and accurate.
The Organization does not imply endorsement by merchants, affiliate networks, or NoCostDonations.com beyond participation in the Program.
The Organization complies with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
- Prohibited Activities
Organizations may not:
Engage in fraud or commission manipulation.
Use automated systems to generate artificial traffic or purchases.
Misrepresent donation amounts.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Engage in unlawful, offensive, or harmful activities.
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid donations.
- Suspension and Termination
NoCostDonations.com may suspend or terminate an Organization’s participation at any time for:
Violation of these Terms.
Suspected fraud or abuse.
Inaccurate information.
Legal or regulatory concerns.
An Organization may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.
- Taxes
NoCostDonations.com pays all taxes after which donations are distributed.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCostDonations.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Lost donations or revenue.
Merchant or affiliate network actions.
Tracking failures.
Technical interruptions.
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Participation in the Program is at the Organization’s own risk.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
NoCostDonations.com makes no warranties regarding:
Availability of the platform.
Accuracy of tracking.
Amount of donations generated.
Continued participation of any merchant or affiliate network.
- Indemnification
The Organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NoCostDonations.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
The Organization’s participation in the Program.
Violation of these Terms.
Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Changes to Terms

Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Donations Subject to Affiliate Commission Receipt
The Organization acknowledges and agrees that all donations distributed through the Program are funded solely from affiliate commissions actually received by NoCostDonations.com.
No donation shall be considered earned, payable, or owed until the corresponding affiliate commission has been approved, finalized, and paid to NoCostDonations.com by the applicable merchant, advertiser, affiliate network, or partner.
[Website Name] shall not be responsible for any commissions that are:
Declined, reversed, canceled, or adjusted by a merchant or affiliate network.
Lost due to tracking failures, technical issues, or reporting errors.
Withheld for suspected fraud, returns, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Delayed or unpaid by a merchant or affiliate network for any reason.
The Organization understands that donation amounts displayed on the website may be estimates and are subject to adjustment until affiliate commissions have been fully verified and received.
Under no circumstances shallNoCostDonations.com be required to advance, guarantee, or pay donations from its own funds when the corresponding affiliate commissions have not been received.
Any donation calculations or projections presented on the website are provided for informational purposes only and do not create a legal obligation to make payment until the underlying commission has been received and cleared.
Independent Relationship
The Organization acknowledges that participation in the Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or fiduciary relationship between the Organization and NoCostDonations.com. Each party remains an independent entity responsible for its own operations, obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
